Create User Name If you didn't provide an email address when you purchased your Protection Plan, you can access your Account by creating a User Name below:   Enter your Name exactly as it is on the Protection Plan Purchase Receipt First Name  Last Name    Enter either your Zip Code, Phone Number or Plan Purchase Receipt Number Zip Code      OR Phone      OR Receipt Number    User Name must be at least 7 characters long Create User Name  Repeat User Name
